7-Day Size Exchange
If the footwear or trouser size does not fit seamlessly, our concierge arranges direct exchange.
Conditions for Size Exchanges
- Item must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all original ILMAR tags and dust bags intact.
- Footwear outsoles must show zero scuffs or outdoor wear (try on clean carpeted surfaces).
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery via WhatsApp concierge (+880 1700-000000).
